1. Real Wrestlers Only!
- You can apply as any real wrestler that you want, so long as they are currently alive and not permanently injured. Anyone that you sign up as will be portrayed as they are in the current year, including age and physical condition, so please keep that in mind when selecting your character. Please note that you do not have to sign up as a WWE Superstar! You can sign up as someone from AEW, TNA, ROH, NJPW, etc. just as long as they're a real wrestler, alive, and not permanently injured!
2. Roleplay Deadlines
- The deadline for our weekly show, Monday Night RAW will be on Sunday nights at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Deadlines for Premium Live Events (PLEs) will be Saturday nights at 11:59 PM Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.
3. Roleplay Limit
- The roleplay limit for Monday Night RAW is 1 roleplay per person or team in the match, and the roleplay limit for monthly Premium Live Events (PLEs) is 2 roleplays per person or team in the match. The 2 RP limit for PLEs is a firm limit due to those being bigger events. For Monday Night RAW, if you want a specific match to have a higher RP limit than the standard 1 RP limit, that is fine, but it must be agreed upon by all parties involved, and you will need to alert the staff immediately.
4. No Show Policy
- We do understand that life happens, but we also know that some people make an unfortunate habit out of no showing events. This is unfair to other members of the fed and can cause resentments to build up, resulting in unnecessary drama. To that end, our no show policy is simple: if it's the first match for your superstar and you don't show, you will be released from the fed and your account will be deleted from the forums. If you have been a contributing member with your superstar for at least a month and no show, you are going to be auto booked for the following RAW card. If you fail to show for that match, you will be released from the fed and your account will be deleted from the forums.
5. No Sandbagging!
- For any event that has a 2 roleplay limit, you may not post more than 1 roleplay at a time within a 24 hour period. No exceptions!
6. Match Booking
- For booking matches, we are going to be operating under a hybrid of auto booking and manual booking. The way this will work is that each week there will be a “booking thread” posted for the show, and anyone who is interested in having a match will need to comment with their interest in being booked. If there’s a specific opponent wanted, that is perfectly fine and will need to be notated, otherwise staff will book matches based on who has shown interest in being booked. The only time staff will completely auto book matches will be in the case of any championship tournaments, Money in the Bank qualifiers, and King/Queen of the Ring tournament matches. If you have any questions please reach out to a member of the staff!
7. Show Segments
- Any segments to be included in show results are handled manually by fed members. What that means is that if you want to have a segment on the show to start or further develop your character or storyline, it is up to you to write up a segment to be included on the show. Instructions on where to send segments for RAW can be found on the RAW card page and instructions on where to send segments for Premium Live Events can be found on the PLE card page. Once again, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to staff.
8. Major Event Winners
- There are three (3) Major Events throughout the year that can be won: The Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank, and King and Queen of the Ring. There will be a men's and women's Royal Rumble match, a men's and women's Money in the Bank match, and a King of the Ring tournament for the men and a Queen of the Ring tournament for the women. The rules for each Major Event are as follows:
Royal Rumble- The winner of the men's Royal Rumble will get to challenge the WWE Champion at WrestleMania, while the winner of the women's Royal Rumble will get to challenge the WWE Women's Champion at WrestleMania. These will be considered the top billing matches of WrestleMania.
Money in the Bank- There will be two ladder matches, one for the men, one for the women. Each match will have six competitors, with the winners getting a guaranteed any time, any place title opportunity for the WWE Championship and the WWE Women's Championship respectively.
The Money in the Bank holders will have one year to cash in their title shot at any event that the champion is booked on throughout that year, whether they're booked in a title match or a non-title match. All the briefcase holder needs to do to cash in is send a group message to Stephanie McMahon and Triple H to let them know they'll be cashing in their shot. This must be done no later than the Friday before the event so that the proper arrangements can be made. For the subsequent cash in match that will take place in the results, the briefcase holder will submit secret RPs (1 RP max for RAW and 2 RPs max for PLEs just like normal) via group PM to Stephanie McMahon and Triple H to be judged against any roleplays that are publicly posted by the champion for their booked match.
King and Queen of the Ring- Towards the end of the year, there will be two tournaments held, one to determine the King of the Ring and the other to determine the Queen of the Ring. The finals will see two male Superstars go head-to-head for the title of King of the Ring and two female Superstars go head-to-head for the title of Queen of the Ring. In addition to receiving their crowns, the winners will also get the opportunity to challenge the WWE Champion and the WWE Women's Champion at the Royal Rumble PLE.
9. Keep it PG-13
- While we strongly encourage the freedom of speech, please keep your roleplays and segments to the level you’d see on an actual television program. No extreme swearing, like F-bombs, C-words, etc. This also pertains to violence! No extreme violence, no killing, no assaults of any kind, etc. Any roleplays found in violation of this rule will not be considered in determining a winner, and any segments found in violation of this rule will not be included in the results.
10. Keep Things Rooted in Reality
- In addition to the above rule, we ask that while being creative, you keep things grounded in reality. Dream sequences and things like that are acceptable, but sending a wrestler off to outer space is not exactly something that's realistic. If you have any questions on whether something would be considered unrealistic or not, please don't hesitate to message a staff member for assistance.
11. The Difference Between a Roleplay and a Segment
- Segments are what you submit to staff members to be included in show results. They can include backstage interviews, in-ring promos, locker room segments, basically anything you'd see during a television broadcast. Roleplays are more "day in the life" type of writings that take place outside of the arena most of the time, but definitely do not take place during a show. So for example, an in-ring promo would make for a great segment since that's what you see on the broadcast, but it would not make for a great roleplay, as all roleplays should be "off TV" type of content.
12. No Hotlinking Images!
When using pictures in your roleplays and/or segments, please do not hotlink them from another website. This slows down that website's bandwidth and can result in not only the pictures being rendered unable to be seen, but potential issues with that website's owner should they discover you're hotlinking their images. If you want to use images, please save them to your computer and then upload them to a picture hosting site of your own. There are several out there including imgur, Photo Bucket, and ImgBB. Any questions, please PM a Staff member!
13. Character Formatting/Coding For Roleplays and Segments
- When writing your roleplays, as well as your segments for the show, you want your character to stand out. To do this, we ask that you please choose a color code for your characters name (it can be any color or colors that you wish!) as well as bold their name, have their name in all caps, and put the colon immediately following their name. The end result should look a little something like this:
STEPHANIE MCMAHON:
TRIPLE H:
Here's an example of how to do the coding to get the above result.
*** Please Note! *** staff members will not do your formatting/coding for you. If you have questions on how to format, by all means feel free to message us and we will be glad to help. However, it is up to you to have the proper formatting for your characters in your roleplays and segments. Submitted segments that are not properly coded/formatted will not be included in the show results, no exceptions!
14. Roleplay Formatting
When writing your roleplays, we ask that you do not center the contents of the roleplay. It's easier on the eyes to follow a uniform structure than it is to have to dart the eyes back and forth at random intervals throughout a roleplay, which results in making it easier for those reading to enjoy your work. Also, we feel as though including the character names before dialogue would make it easier to follow along with who is saying what, further making it easier to enjoy your work.
15. Do NOT Use Other People's Characters!
- This should go without saying, but it's being included anyway. Please do not use another member's character without permission. This also goes for people that members establish as being a part of their character's world, such as managers, friends, family, significant others, etc. Once again, there are no exceptions to this rule. Any roleplays found in violation of this rule will not be counted towards a respective match, and any segments found in violation will not be included in results. First violation of this rule results in a warning, second violation of this rule results in a final warning, third violation of this rule results in being released from the fed and your account being deleted from the forums.
16. Multiple Characters
- Having multiple characters is fine, however you must show consistency with either one singles wrestler or one tag team, before adding any more characters to your arsenal. In this case, consistency is defined as being booked in matches, actively roleplaying, and submitting segments for a minimum of four (4) weeks.
17. Forum Account Creation
- When signing up for a forum account, please make your username the name of the character that you're applying as, as well as the display name for your account once it's been approved. This makes it easy for the staff to keep all accounts straight and accounted for. If you are signing up as a tag team or a trio (i.e. The Usos, Pretty Deadly, or Damage CTRL) you can sign up as the name of that entity. Otherwise, if you play more than one singles star you will need to make an account for each individual character. Any accounts that do not use the character's name will not be approved!
*** Please Note! *** Once your account has been approved, you will have 72 hours to fill out an application or your account will be deleted and you will need to register again!
18. Have Fun!!
