The Sunday Night Heat intro plays and the fans inside the arena begin to cheer loudly, as the lights begin to flicker and spotlights cut through the crowd. As the shows intro ends, the camera pans around the arena and catches a few shots of rowdy fans who are cheering loudly. We cut to the commentary booth, where Corey Graves and Mauro Ranallo are ready to announce for the evening.
MAURO RANALLO: Ladies and gentlemen, after a week off, the sizzling sensation that's Sunday Night Heat is back, baby! I'm Mauro Ranallo being joined as always by my esteemed colleague Corey Graves, and Corey, you have to imagine that after Night of Champions, tonight's Heat is going to be extra hot! COREY GRAVES: I think you're right, Mauro, that was a heck of a show at Madison Square Garden, and there's sure to be tons of fallout! MAURO RANALLO: We've crowned all of our new champions and now it's time to see who steps up out of the woodwork to challenge for those championships! COREY GRAVES: It's going to be very interesting to see what develops over the coming weeks, and Sunday Night Heat is as good a place as any for any potential challengers to start making their mark! MAURO RANALLO: That it is, Corey! And speaking of which, I think it's time to get ready for our first match of the night! The camera cuts away, as the fans and the rest of the WWE Universe await the first match of Sunday Night Heat.

JAY WHITE VS MARKO STUNT
SINGLES MATCH While Jay White might be seen as the de facto leader of Bullet Club Red, Serena Deeb was the first member of the group to pick up championship gold. White has struggled to get his footing since losing the opening main event of the new era RAW to Ethan Page. White has shown how dangerous and athletic he can be in that ring and in time, he will be a contender for a championship of some kind. For tonight though, he stands across the ring from Marko Stunt. Marko has been a bit of an indy darling at times due to his stature and size. Usually he finds himself standing across the ring from giants in some exaggerated David and Goliath style matchups. While White is still a bigger opponent than him, it’s probably about as close as Stunt can get to an opponent similar in size to him. The referee checks the boots and gear of both men, gets a nod from each of them and calls for the bell as this one is underway here. COREY GRAVES: Jay White in action once again here on Sunday Night Heat. Bullet Club Red has been well represented on Sunday nights. MAURO RANALLO: I really like what I’ve seen across the board from them. Two big wins last week if you count McAfee’s win over Sterling. COREY GRAVES: I mean, I guess. MAURO RANALLO: While not impressive, it does add to the win total. White and Stunt circle one another in the ring before coming to lock up. White pushes Stunt back into the corner and gives him a clean break, his arms up in the air. Stunt rushes towards him though and White flips him up and over with an arm drag, keeping the arm bar locked in after the whip. Stunt reaches the ropes and gets another break. They lock up once again and White whips Stunt into the ropes, jumping over him as he comes running back. As Stunt bounces off the ropes, he’s drilled right in the face with a beautiful dropkick from White. The crowd cheers as White comes up to one knee and motions for them to cheer louder. White pulls Stunt up by his hair, ducking down and putting his head between Marko’s legs. He stands up fully with Marko on his shoulders now, falling backwards with an electric chair drop! White scrambles over and covers Stunt! 1..2…No! MAURO RANALLO: Nice electric chair drop there from White! COREY GRAVES: The thing about Jay White is that he’s just great at a lot of little things. There’s really no weakness in his game. MAURO RANALLO: I’m always impressed any time Jay is in the ring. Stunt is using the ropes to pull himself back up to his feet but Jay White grabs him from behind, pulling him up fully now. Stunt is a bit staggered as Jay hoists him up and drops him down with a falcon arrow! He holds him down on the landing in a pinning predicament! 1…2…3! No! Stunt just barely gets the shoulder up, but White isn’t slowing down and keeps the attack going. White has Stunt by the hair once again and whips him into the ropes, bouncing off the opposite ropes himself. Sling blade! Marko is up to his feet quickly though as White bounces off the opposite ropes and hits him with another sling blade! Stunt scrambles back to his feet but seems lost on his feet. White grabs him and pulls him close, spinning and dropping him with a BLADE RUNNER! He goes for the pin! 1…2…3! It’s over! WINNER

PINFALL - 4:22 COREY GRAVES: A dominating performance from Jay White! I expect no less! MAURO RANALLO: Getting a little bit of momentum back now. Could Jay White have championship gold in his future? COREY GRAVES: There’s no doubt, Mauro. He’s seen Deeb have her success. Now he wants his! MAURO RANALLO: It’s highly possible! |

MAURO RANALLO: That’s undefeated in the new era of WWE Pat McAfee! COREY GRAVES: Make it stop! The camera cuts to a shot of Pat up on the Titantron and then fully into the shot of him talking directly to the camera.PAT MCAFEE: What’s up WWE Universe? I’m here to announce that WWE has joined into an agreement with the Pat McAfee Show and a multitude of the nation’s greatest fast food restaurants to bring you a new weekly Sunday Night Heat segment! The Better Red Than Dead WWE Slam of the Week! PAT MCAFEE: As if there were ever a doubt! Serena Deeb! My girl from Bullet Club Red picking up the WWE Women’s Championship last week at Night of Champions! Deeb! Congrats on your huge win and congrats on being the first Better Red Than Dead WWE Slam of the Week presented by Pat McAfee Show and Whataburger!
