The camera pans across the packed arena as the crowd buzzes with anticipation. Mauro Ranallo and Beth Phoenix sit at the commentary table, their voices cutting through the atmosphere.MAURO RANALLO: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back from the commercial break, and unfortunately, right now, we’re being told it’s time for something
truly special here on WWE Heat. Tonight marks the debut of Dawn Marie’s new talk show, Dawn’s Den.
BETH PHOENIX: Oh dear. Now, Mauro, I’m a bit worried for this one. Dawn Marie is not known for holding back, and with Velvet taking a loss on Raw and everything going on right now, she’s bound to have a lot to say.
The lights in the arena shift to vibrant hues of pink and violet as Dawn Marie’s music hits. Immediately, the crowd erupts into boos, a wave of disapproval sweeping through the arena. Dawn Marie steps out onto the stage, exuding confidence with every step. Behind her, Velvet Sky and Scarlett Bordeaux follow closely, their smirks only fueling the crowd’s anger. The three women make their way down the ramp, relishing the hostility directed at them. The ring is draped in pink velvet, bouquets of flowers in each corner, creating a scene of lavish indulgence.MIKE ROME: Please welcome to the ring Scarlett Bordeaux, Velvet Sky and Dawn Marie!
MAURO RANALLO: This crowd is letting them have it, but Dawn Marie and her crew don’t seem to care one bit!
BETH PHOENIX: Well, the last time we saw Dawn on Heat she was busy trying to rig the Heatwave competition for her new
project, if we can call her that, Scarlett, and let’s just say… things didn’t turn out how she expected.
The three women enter the ring, with Velvet Sky and Scarlett Bordeaux helping Dawn Marie through the ropes. Dawn takes her time, soaking in the moment before being handed a microphone. The music cuts, and the boos from the crowd only grow louder. Dawn stands in the center of the ring, a wicked smile spreading across her face as she brings the mic to her lips.DAWN MARIE: Everyone welcome… to Dawn’s Den!
The crowd’s boos intensify, but Dawn remains unfazed, clearly enjoying the animosity directed at her.DAWN MARIE: Oh, I see we have a very passionate audience here tonight. But let me tell you something, boos don’t faze me. I’ve dealt with much worse and I’m still standing here better than all of you.
She gestures to Velvet Sky and Scarlett Bordeaux, who stand by her side with smug expressions.DAWN MARIE: These two women standing beside me are not just here for decoration. No, they are living proof of the hypocrisy that runs rampant in WWE. Velvet Sky… a woman who’s dedicated her life to this business, scratched and clawed her whole life to get here, to the WWE, only to be treated like trash by a company that doesn’t even deserve her. And Scarlett Bordeaux… the epitome of femininity and strength, a woman who’s too much for the WWE Universe to handle because she refuses to be anything less than everything.
The crowd’s boos start to quiet down as some begin to listen more closely, sensing the venom in her words.DAWN MARIE: But this isn’t just about them. This is also about me. About Dawn Marie. About everything I’ve endured in this cesspool of an industry. Let’s take a little trip down memory lane, shall we? I came into this business over two decades ago, and from the very beginning, I had to fight tooth and nail for every scrap of recognition. I wasn’t the pretty little blonde that Vince could trot out to the ring and parade around like a piece of meat. No, no, no, no. I was different, and that scared them.
Her voice grows sharper, more biting.DAWN MARIE: You see, I wasn’t the Barbie doll they wanted. I was the woman who knew how to play the game better than anyone else. I knew this business inside and out, and I wasn’t afraid to get my hands dirty, to do whatever it took to survive and keep my place around here. But that’s not what WWE wanted. They wanted someone who would smile and nod, who would do as they were told. But I wasn’t that woman. I was smarter, tougher, and more cunning than any of the so-called Divas they tried to shove down your throats.
Dawn pauses, letting her words sink in before continuing, her tone dripping with disdain.DAWN MARIE: Do you know what it’s like to be told that you’re too much of a liability? That you’re too strong, too smart, too capable, too raw, too
sexy to be given a real opportunity? That’s what they did to me. They kept me down, they pushed me aside, they made a joke out of me - all because they knew I was better than that garbage they were trying to sell you.
She points a finger at the crowd, her eyes narrowing with contempt.DAWN MARIE: And you? You ate it up! You cheered for their puppets while women like me were cast aside. You cheered for the Torrie Wilsons, the Kelly Kellys, women who played the game, who did what they were told, who smiled and waved like good little girls. And what did I get? I got ridiculed, I got disrespect, I got shoved into the background because I’m simply more of a woman than any of them could ever wish to be!
The crowd’s reaction begins to shift, a mix of boos and uneasy silence as Dawn continues her tirade.DAWN MARIE: But the worst part? The absolute worst part is seeing someone like John Cena - Mr. Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect - come out here and steal
my story. He had the nerve to stand in this ring two weeks ago and cry about how
he was mistreated, how
he sacrificed everything for this company. Oh, please…
She suddenly turns to the camera, her eyes narrowing.DAWN MARIE: We see you, John. We see right through you! What about the kids, John? What about the children? I thought they were the ones who you
truly sacrifice your life for?
Her voice grows cold, her expression hardening as she turns back to the crowd.DAWN MARIE: I’m so sick of this! You want to talk about
sacrifice? Where were you when I was clawing my way to the top, only to be thrown back down because I wasn’t what they wanted? Where were you when I was being humiliated, sexualised, disrespected, and discarded like yesterdays trash? You were the golden boy, John. The chosen one. You had Vince McMahon’s hand up your ass, controlling your every move and you played along like the good little bitch that you are.
The crowd begins to stir, sensing the intensity in her words, wandering on truths.DAWN MARIE: You want to talk about how you gave everything to this company? How you sacrificed your whole life for the WWE? Give us a break. You had everything handed to you on a silver platter. You were their franchise, their money-making machine. And now you want to cry about how you’ve been wronged? How you’re done playing by the rules? John, you’ve never known real struggle in this business. Not like I have. Not like Velvet has. Not like Scarlett has.
She steps forward, addressing the crowd directly, her voice filled with venom.DAWN MARIE: Where was that support when I was being kicked to the curb? What about the ones who paved the way? Where was that support when Velvet was being disrespected here, when Scarlett was being ridiculed for being too much of a woman? You’re all hypocrites, every last one of you!
Dawn’s expression darkens, her voice lowering to a near growl.DAWN MARIE: That’s why I’ve created Dawn’s Den. To give women like us a voice. To expose the lies, the corruption, the privilege that runs rampant in this business. John Cena can cry all he wants about being mistreated, but the real victims are us. The women who have been silenced, ignored, and disrespected in wrestling for far too long. Women like me, who have been fighting against the current for decades, only to be dragged down by the very system that claims to empower us.
She takes a deep breath, her eyes locked onto the camera, her voice steady and chilling.DAWN MARIE: This isn’t just a talk show. This is a reopened investigation on the WWE Universe. We are here to tear down the facade, to expose the truth, and to reclaim what is rightfully ours. We are the ones that are done playing by your rules. We are the ones that are done being pushed aside. This is our time, and we don’t care if you’re
the biggest joke in the world, Maki Itoh, or John frickin’ Cena. We are not going to stop until we get the respect we deserve. If you don’t like it… if it makes you uncomfortable… then I suppose you’re just gonna have to get used to it…
Dawn Marie drops the mic with a forceful thud, her message echoing throughout the arena that’s now in a stir. Velvet Sky and Scarlett Bordeaux stand tall beside her, the three women united in their defiance and determination before Dawn’s music hits and they begin making their exit.MAURO RANALLO: Dawn Marie has made it crystal clear! Dawn’s Den is not just a talk show, it’s a movement and a reopen investigation on the WWE Universe. And it looks like they’re just getting started.
BETH PHOENIX: This was a statement, Mauro. Dawn Marie, Velvet Sky, and Scarlett Bordeaux are not here to play nice. They’re here to disrupt the status quo, and I don’t think anyone, not even nWo Elite, expected or are ready for what they’re bringing.
